Top tier, the best experience and most special high class wines. Aleida was so knowledgeable and spent very much time and attention with my husband and I sharing about all the wines, spent the time traveling to these specific regions and educating us. I got the around the world rose flight and my husband the wild card flight, both of ours were incredible. This bubbly winery deserves so much more recognition for the amazing work they are putting in. We had such an incredible experience, we would recommend this winery to anyone, anytime. Thank you for taking your time educating us and sharing with us all the specific information regarding where the wine is from and what the region specializes in. It's been such a special experience, we will cherish this time. Yvonne has also been such a joy getting to talk to as well. Y'all deserve recognition for the love you put into this place 💝

This place is AMAZING! My wife and I had such a great time here. The wine was top notch and Aleida & Yvonne are nothing short of a pleasure and blessing. If you come to Fredericksburg this establishment is a must have. My personal recommendation is the Wild Card flight. My wife got the Rose from around the world flight. These two are a must try. You will also get a world class education on each and every wine that you taste, so be prepared to be blown away and have an elegant experience. amazing experience here! im a big fan of sparkling wines but have a hard time deciding what i like and came with my bf who doesnt know his taste at all and we both had a great time. we got two flights, the world tour and the champagne and i loved every drink, the service was excellent and informative but non-pretentious, and the price of everything felt fair. i'd definitely return next time were in fbgtx and will be recommending it to others :)

We absolutely loved this experience, the space was decorated so cute and the atmosphere was very calm. We had a tasting with Daniel and he was so knowledgeable and personable, we chatted with him for a while and he had so much insight about each wine/region. We learned so much, this place is perfect for beginner wine lovers and experienced wine drinkers. They have an exceptional selection of bubbly and something everyone will love. The prices were great, especially for the experience and we each got a bottle to go that they packaged for us.

We had a lovely bottle of Alsatian bubbs and cannot wait to go back. Our server, Lorcan, was the absolute best. Very knowledgeable and educated us on the bottle, the process and the region. He was friendly, awesome and perfectly attentive. The markup is pretty reasonable too, which is rare for a wine spot like this. They’re doing a great job with this place you can tell they just know what they’re doing.

Daniel is absolutely amazing. A true sparkling wine education. Great service, and he has an amazing knowledge not only of the product they sell but in depth knowledge of the processes, regions, and nuances of sparkling wine (yes, this includes Champagne!).

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We have gone to several tastings on this trip and Andre was by far the most knowledgeable. My husband and I each did a different flight and he educated us in a way that was interesting and entertaining. We tried things we would have never tried on our own. The flatbread was amazing. The ambiance was very relaxed and the service is exceptional. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I came here while visiting Fredricksburg and it was our favorite bar/wine tasting experience by far! Our server Daniel was very attentive and knowledgeable. We both did the Somm’s choice tasting, and he did an amazing job of picking wines to our taste! We went back the next day and got 2 bottles of our favorite. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

The champagne selection is truly special; the staff is so attentive and helpful in guiding you to find the perfect bubbles to suit your mood and preferences. The cozy atmosphere creates a sense of comfort, making it an ideal spot to relax. Each bottle of champagne is explained with such care, highlighting what makes each one unique, and the food is truly exceptional—especially the flatbread, which I honestly believe is the best I’ve ever had. It's more than just pizza, with rich spices and detailed flavors, complemented perfectly by the flavorful truffle fries. I highly recommend this place for some light bites, wonderful champagne, and good company—it's a little haven to unwind and enjoy the moment.

We had a wonderful time at this terrific bubble bar. It was our great pleasure to enjoy the caviar tasting as well as the French sommelier choice tasting. We also love the deviled eggs. If you enjoy Champaign and Caviar, this is a must stop for you.

My husband and I absolutely adored our quiet evening here tasting sparkling wines and champagne around the world. The caviar was quality and paired nicely with the sparkling wines. I loved the ambiance. On the velour sofa we had an intimately casual, yet elegant evening together. I also appreciated the quality of the dining ware, the champagne flutes were classy. Lorkin provided humble and warm service during our evening. Thank you. We will be back next time we’re in Fredericksburg.

This was the highlight of my wife and I’s trip to Fredericksburg! Amazingly knowledgeable Andre shared his insight into champagne and how the delicious champagnes are made. This place is beautiful, quaint with relaxing vibes and a no rush atmosphere that was better than all the other wineries and bubble places we visited. We plan to return and we are planning a wine tour based on host Andre’s recommendations. This is a must do for Fredericksburg!

Great champagne bar on Main Street, extra bonus is the caviar tastings available. We enjoyed the champagne tasting flight, then the world bubbles flight, and while sipping savored the caviar trio. All so delicious! The selection of champagne, other bubbles and wines is unmatched in Central Texas. We met the owners, Melissa and Bobby, who were so nice and hospitable. Our waitress Aleda was also wonderful, really knew her bubbles! Definitely a “must do” in Fredericksburg, we will definitely be returning!

Six Twists is my favorite sparkling spot in the Texas hill country. The team there is so knowledgeable on all things sparkling and curates such an intimate and fun experience for everyone who comes in. They have a wonderful and diverse selection of sparklings from all over the world. I highly recommend the world or wild card flights so you can try a few different things. Andre, Bobby, and Melissa all take excellent care of their guests. I cannot recommend Six Twists enough!

Exceptional experience! I visited recently with a group for my friend’s birthday and from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was inviting, with cozy lighting and tasteful decor. Seriously treated like VIPS. They went above and beyond!! The food and sparkling wine menu offered a delightful array of dishes and bubbles, each bursting with flavor and expertly crafted.The owner was so knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing our wine journey.

The ambience of this spot is extremely relaxing, easygoing and super friendly. The selections and flights are amazing and the knowledge of the staff and co-owner gave us a lot of information we hope to carry forward when purchasing champagnes, cavas and other sparkling wines. The prices are reasonable for the amazing selections. Unfortunately, we had eaten before and did not have time to try any food but the aroma of truffle fries was enticing so we will be back with empty stomachs.

We randomly stumbled upon this hidden gem and it ended up being our favorite part of the trip. I typically don’t care for sparkling wine, but I guess I’ve been drinking the wrong ones because I loved every one I tried here! (They had normal wines for the people who didn’t want sparkling, just a smaller selection). We learned so much and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great too. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place. My wife and I have frequented Six Twists on 3 occasions since 2022. The owners and staff are truly amazing and very knowledgeable in their craft. If you truly want an amazing experience and a tasting experience into the world of champagne and sparkling wines then I highly recommend you try Six Twists. Melissa, Bobby and Andre are amazing in their craft. They will take you on an adventure into champagne and sparkling wines that will leave you educated and truly amazed regarding the world of sparkling wines. The atmosphere is elegant yet casual. They have a food menu and the margarita flatbread we had was delicious. Definitely give Six Twists a try. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful outside and inside settings. Perfect for instagram! The location is perfect for the area, especially in relation to the incoming businesses surrounding the outside courtyard! The inside itself had a vibrant and luxurious atmosphere. The Feng Shui, with the calm lighting, fine music, and beautiful furniture, encouraged relaxation while sipping on a fresh glass of sparkling wine. With some family, we partook in the around the world experience which includes four different sparkling wines from various countries (i.e. Italy, Spain, France, USA). Each wine came with a brief introduction and background of the producer and their region. Our Host, Andre, did a magnificent job in providing this information, making the experience even more enjoyable! These sparkling wines are very unique in their taste, and were especially fresh due to their storage techniques! They have many many wines in their selection ranging from dry to sweet, and come from all over the world! Overall, amazing experience! Will most definitely be visiting this place again!

Ok, now THIS is a repeat. It’s one of those places that will go on the list of spots that we have to visit every time we bring friends to Fredericksburg (which is often). My husband and I were so impressed with the concept, the exceptional service, the selection, and the prices. We love learning while we drink rather than just guessing at what we’re tasting, and we were treated to a stellar guided tasting by Andre (one of the owners). I can’t wait to come back and try more!
