1) Haunted Fredericksburg Ghost Walk~ Spooktacular Fun
If you and your sweet boo are ready to get the pants scared off of you, then the Haunted Fredericksburg Ghost Walk is for you. The ghost walk is BYOB because you may need some liquid courage and because why not, it’s legal to roam the streets of Fredericksburg with a drink. On the ghost walk you’ll visit multiple haunted spots and your tour guide will fill you in on all the gory details.
2) Old Tunnel State Park Bat Cave~ Fantastic Frights
Around 3 millions bats call this abandoned railroad tunnel home. Head out to the state park just before sunset and stick around to see the bats leave home and head out on the nightly hunting flight. A date to this park is perfect for couples who are just completely batty for one another.
3) Hilmy Cellars~ True Crime & Wine Event
Hilmy Cellars is hosting a special event on Sunday, October 27, 2024 that suits the tone of the season. The True Crime & Wine event brings John Matthews, a former Dallas lawman who was involved in the capture of the infamous Eyeball Killer (the serial killer who terrorized the Oak Cliff area of Dallas in the 1980s through the 1990s), to the vineyard. During the event guests will enjoy a glass of wine as Mr. Matthews shares his story.
4) Michael Ros Winery~ People & Pups Halloween Costume Contest
Head to Michael Ros Winery on Halloween for the People & Pups Halloween Costume Contest! You and your pets are invited to get all dressed up in your Halloween costume and head out to the winery for some Halloween fun. The costume contest is from 4 PM – 6 PM. There will also be live music from 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM. We can come up with some great couples costume that include your pup!Â

5) Texas Wine Collective~ Halloween Candy & Wine Pairing
The Texas Wine Collective has embraced the spirit of the Halloween season with a special pairing. That’s right, Texas Wine Collective is offering a Halloween Candy and Wine Pairing on Saturday, October 19, 2024. This pairing is offered at for different times on Saturday and limited to 10 people per pairing time. Only 40 people will get to enjoy this ultimate trick-or-trick experience.
