This is truly the most romantic Texas Hill Country wedding venue! Every corner of the property is stunning, from the fireside courtyard to the open air chapel. The team at Swallows Eve goes above and beyond! They are professional, kind, and so easy to work with. If you’re dreaming of an elegant Fredericksburg wedding, this is the place!

If you're looking for a wedding venue that truly goes above and beyond, Swallows Eve is the place to be. From the gorgeous venue to the impeccable service, everything was absolutely perfect. The chef? SERVED perfection on a plate. Please don’t get my HUBBY started on the EMPANADAS…he likes them better than my own now!! The food was a hit with everyone! ANDDDDD Summer? She’s an absolute gem. She made sure everything ran smoothly, and her energy is infectious—she made the entire experience so much fun! My guests and I had an unforgettable time, and I can’t thank the team enough for making our day so special. Seriously, hire me—I’d work with this incredible team any day! The attention to detail, the dedication, and the genuine care they put into every couple is unmatched. Swallows Eve is a family, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it on my big day! LOVE THE ROBISONS!!

Great Venue to host any large gathering! Was there for a wedding and to DJ, and the setup was subperb! The venue has an audio setup with good speakers for music. The staff was great too!

The absolute best and beautiful day ever. Summer, her staff, the chef and the kitchen team were absolutely incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone. The love that you feel from Summer and her team is unmatched. The venue is stunning, the food and bar is amazing, and the staff make it the best. They made the wedding planning process easy and way less stressful. We would choose Swallows Eve over and over again in a heart beat.

Our wedding was so special at swallows and it turned into be such a beautiful day/night. Summer and Samantha were so helpful throughout the entire process! Summer was extremely professional and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of. Even when it came to last minute changes or additions, they rolled with it and ensured that the image came to life. It was the most easy experience, and planning a wedding is hard on its own, but with the help of them and their team it was such a smooth process. The FOOD! 🙌🏼 seriously can not say enough about their chef. The food was absolutely amazing, everyone of our guests enjoyed it. Can’t say enough about the team here. Thank you swallows eve!!❤️

As a Wedding Planner, I can't recommend Swallows Eve enough! Not only is the venue stunning, but you can tell their team truly cares about their clients and the outcome of their event. Working with Summer during the wedding planning process was an absolute dream! She was always so attentive to my clients wants and needs and easy to communicate with and get ahold of! On the wedding day, Travis and Samantha went above and beyond to make sure my couple and their families had the best day possible. Guests and vendors raved about the food prepared by Chef David all evening! My team and I can't wait to work with the Swallows Eve team again!

This is one of the most stunning wedding venues I have ever seen! The grounds are meticulous and full of so many gorgeous photo ops - they have outdoor and indoor spaces with amazing amenities like beautiful bathrooms and getting ready suites! The staff is so knowledgeable and the food is AMAZING! I love that they provide food, beverage, planning and venue all in one for easy planning. Your guests will rave about your event for years to come!!

The best experience ever! The venue is so beautiful, the areas flow effortlessly into each other to create a space for everyone. Summer was responsive to every email, answered endless questions, and was so helpful before, during and after the wedding. Jacob and the bartenders were also amazing throughout the day! Oh and the FOOD! The Chef(s) are incredible! Sara and Landon chose a very specific menu for their reception, and they delivered on all levels. Every moment of their Wedding Day was enhanced by choosing this venue and working with this team. I would unconditionally recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful venue for any occasion with delicious food and a great supportive staff.

If you're working with Catherine, you will be in good hands! I worked with her towards the last half of my wedding planning up until the wedding day and she was incredibly helpful. Very easy to get in touch with and work with. Everyone raved about the food! Both the passed apps and the plated dinner turned out amazing. The grounds were nicely kept and the venue itself was gorgeous. I felt that there was plenty of staff on hand to handle anything we needed the days leading up to our wedding and then the day of actually running it. To my knowledge everything went smoothly! I recommend this venue to future brides!

My daughter had her wedding here this past weekend and it could not have been more perfect. The venue, food, drink, staff and our wedding coordinator Catherine were excellent! Organized and very efficient. Highly recommend putting this venue on your list of options. Would not have changed a thing!

SUCH a beautiful barn! I love the grey exterior and the huge welcoming barn doors. Not only is this property beautiful, but the owners and staff are so sweet and helpful. I love working with them!
