What makes it fun
At the Slate Theory Winery, we are extremely proud of our one-of-a-kind character. This pride extends from our unique artistic flair to our enormous underground cellar, and it also encompasses our singular approach to the production of wine. We only use the highest quality, Texas-grown fruit, which comes from our Estate Vineyards and other respected farmers. The ability to experiment with this fruit in lesser quantities enables us to find the ideal equilibrium between the fruit's tannins, acidity, and alcohol content. After that, we put one of our in-house, artist-driven labels on the wines. We hope that via the combination of our wine and our artistic style, we can stimulate not only your mind but also all of your senses. Because the mind is the only place where anything can exist.
