Great champagne bar on Main Street, extra bonus is the caviar tastings available. We enjoyed the champagne tasting flight, then the world bubbles flight, and while sipping savored the caviar trio. All so delicious! The selection of champagne, other bubbles and wines is unmatched in Central Texas. We met the owners, Melissa and Bobby, who were so nice and hospitable. Our waitress Aleda was also wonderful, really knew her bubbles! Definitely a “must do” in Fredericksburg, we will definitely be returning!

Six Twists is my favorite sparkling spot in the Texas hill country. The team there is so knowledgeable on all things sparkling and curates such an intimate and fun experience for everyone who comes in. They have a wonderful and diverse selection of sparklings from all over the world. I highly recommend the world or wild card flights so you can try a few different things. Andre, Bobby, and Melissa all take excellent care of their guests. I cannot recommend Six Twists enough!

Exceptional experience! I visited recently with a group for my friend’s birthday and from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was inviting, with cozy lighting and tasteful decor. Seriously treated like VIPS. They went above and beyond!! The food and sparkling wine menu offered a delightful array of dishes and bubbles, each bursting with flavor and expertly crafted.The owner was so knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing our wine journey.

The ambience of this spot is extremely relaxing, easygoing and super friendly.The selections and flights are amazing and the knowledge of the staff and co-owner gave us a lot of information we hope to carry forward when purchasing champagnes, cavas and other sparkling wines.The prices are reasonable for the amazing selections.Unfortunately, we had eaten before and did not have time to try any food but the aroma of truffle fries was enticing so we will be back with empty stomachs.

We randomly stumbled upon this hidden gem and it ended up being our favorite part of the trip. I typically don’t care for sparkling wine, but I guess I’ve been drinking the wrong ones because I loved every one I tried here! (They had normal wines for the people who didn’t want sparkling, just a smaller selection). We learned so much and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great too. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place. My wife and I have frequented Six Twists on 3 occasions since 2022. The owners and staff are truly amazing and very knowledgeable in their craft. If you truly want an amazing experience and a tasting experience into the world of champagne and sparkling wines then I highly recommend you try Six Twists. Melissa, Bobby and Andre are amazing in their craft. They will take you on an adventure into champagne and sparkling wines that will leave you educated and truly amazed regarding the world of sparkling wines. The atmosphere is elegant yet casual. They have a food menu and the margarita flatbread we had was delicious. Definitely give Six Twists a try. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful outside and inside settings. Perfect for instagram! The location is perfect for the area, especially in relation to the incoming businesses surrounding the outside courtyard! The inside itself had a vibrant and luxurious atmosphere. The Feng Shui, with the calm lighting, fine music, and beautiful furniture, encouraged relaxation while sipping on a fresh glass of sparkling wine.With some family, we partook in the around the world experience which includes four different sparkling wines from various countries (i.e. Italy, Spain, France, USA). Each wine came with a brief introduction and background of the producer and their region. Our Host, Andre, did a magnificent job in providing this information, making the experience even more enjoyable!These sparkling wines are very unique in their taste, and were especially fresh due to their storage techniques! They have many many wines in their selection ranging from dry to sweet, and come from all over the world!Overall, amazing experience! Will most definitely be visiting this place again!

Ok, now THIS is a repeat. It’s one of those places that will go on the list of spots that we have to visit every time we bring friends to Fredericksburg (which is often). My husband and I were so impressed with the concept, the exceptional service, the selection, and the prices. We love learning while we drink rather than just guessing at what we’re tasting, and we were treated to a stellar guided tasting by Andre (one of the owners). I can’t wait to come back and try more!
