Six Shooter Cellars began as a collaborative venture when six individual wine makers joined forces to establish a venue for showcasing and selling their wines. As time went on, the company streamlined its ownership and broadened its menu offerings. Today, you can explore a wide variety of sweet wines on 290. In addition to our selection of dry reds, we offer a wide range of meads and wines crafted from prickly pears. Feel free to stop by and experience a tasting, indulge in a refreshing frozen Wine-A-Rita, or savor one of our renowned Jalapeno Shooters. Bring your furry friends along! You won't find beer at this establishment.

We had a great experience shopping and tasting Mead. It is a casual, friendly environment with very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

We had the best afternoon today at Six Shooter Cellars! Barb is an absolute delight and it about the most dog friendly place we’ve been to in Fredericksburg. Our dogs were living their best life, running around, “helping” (by mostly getting in the way), having treats and barking at the animatronic Elf 🤣 she even gifted our pups a couple of adorable toys.

We can’t wait to come back!

Barb is amazing! She gave us such a wonderful experience at Six Shooter. I wish we would have stumbled on this place sooner because we would have been here all day. Super welcoming and will ABSOLUTELY be coming back!!

Hands down recommend to anyone looking for an experience. Took my wife and my mother-in-law for some tastings and Barb made it an enjoyable experience for us. I didn’t even try any alcohol myself and I had fun the time we were there.

I had never had Mead and let me tell you, it was awesome! If you love sweet stuff, you have to stop by and sample their sweet varieties!

Barb is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere and vibe of Six Shooter Cellars is always fun and always keeps me going back. Whether it’s for the daily dose of fun animal photos, tasty meads, or a dose of reality, Barb is always sure to provide it. Her mead selection is the best around. 10/10 recommend! Go visit Six Shooter! It doesn’t disappoint!

This was the last stop of our day and easily the best! We were pretty wine-d out so the owner let us split our tasting, and she chatted with us about her animals. She was super friendly & welcoming even though it was the end of her day too. Can’t wait to come back!

The owner went on and on about hating men, and anything religious. It was weird and really hateful. She was either drunk or needs some psychological help, either way, I'd recommend staying away from this place. The wine wasn't that great, there are plenty of other places all around.

Must stop on your trip to Fredericksburg! Lots of unique great tasting wines! Our group did 4 tastings and were all very satisfied with the price and choices! Fantastic service and great atmosphere!

This place is great for those who love sweet wines. Without pretense, they deliver a delicious and eclectic smattering of options. Wine snobs be warned, this place is not for you : they only have a couple of dry wines.

Allen and Barb were the greatest staff! They helped us navigate and understand the wines we were tasting. I never would have understood what I was drinking until they explained! Thank you, I we will see definitely be back.
