Hillside at Red Rock offers 30-mile pastoral Hill Country views, 20+ acres of grassland, woodlands, wildlife, and Milky Way views at night. The1500-square-foot Great Room can accommodate 100 guests for seated dining and 30-mile views from every seat. The Sky Deck off the Great Room offers gorgeous views of the Pedernales River Basin, Texas Wine Trail, Gillespie, and surrounding counties. Evening southern breezes make this ideal for dancing, dining, and resting. On-site lodging is available in the form of too cute to handle cabins.

My husband and I got married this past June at the Hillside at Red Rock, and it was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The owners are so kind and accommodating. The venue is absolutely stunning and the sky deck has a beautiful view. Everything the venue provided was great quality. On the day of the wedding, Clayton was so helpful with our setup options and was in and out of the venue discreetly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing that I loved about this venue was that you genuinely got to choose what you wanted for your day, there was no mandatory vendors, coordinators, etc. They also have cabins on the property that you, your wedding party, or guests can stay at! THE BEST!!! Wedding planning is no easy task but Clayton made things SO EASY!! They supply, set up, and take down tables and chairs. It was just the perfect size for our wedding, has a bridal suite, catering area, indoor and outdoor ceremony areas. The venue and the view just fit perfectly together! No other way to describe it! Would 10/10 recommend to check out Hillside at Red Rock for your next wedding or event.

We chose Hillside At Red Rock for our wedding and they do NOT disappoint! We live here in Fred so we wanted a venue here, but a lot of places around here have rules like you have to use their catering services and were way to expensive. So wehand we found this place it was like hitting the jackpot. Aside from that I chose them because of their great hospitality. Clayton was very helpful throughout the process of planning our wedding and was quick to respond when we set up for touring the venue and whenever I had questions. The venue is beautiful! Right on the hill top over looking the gorgeous hillcountry. The inside was just as pretty which was what I wanted because we didn't need many decorations. One of my favorite parts of our wedding day was Clayton driving us and our photographers up to a hilltop at sunset to take portraits. It was fun and a nice little moment away. They provided us with the essential we needed like tables, chairs, linens, also they have b&bs that they block off for you and your family to book out if needed, and plenty of time to set up for the big day. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for making our wedding day special!

From the moment we set foot on the serene grounds of The Hillside at Red Rock, we knew we had found the perfect venue for our special day. Nestled in the breathtaking rolling hill country, this hidden gem boasts a charming barn door outdoor venue that served as the perfect backdrop for our dream outdoor wedding. We were so lucky to find a venue that could have easily accommodated a last minute indoor ceremony if weather turned. Fortunately for us it was a bright and sunny day. We were so pleased with the reception hall located just inside the outdoor ceremony site. Having the ceremony, reception and accommodations all on the property was the biggest selling point for us. My husband and I and our closest friends and families stayed in the luxurious woodsy cabins for ease of access to the wedding weekend. The impeccable organization and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our celebration was flawlessly executed, leaving us free to savor every moment with our loved ones. Clayton, the owner, assisted us with planning and bringing our vision to life. He was always available via text , email and phone and was a constant source of support throughout the months leading up to our wedding. He stopped at nothing to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted, down to managing things behind the scenes day of. The onsite cabins provided a cozy and comfortable retreat for our families, allowing us to extend the joy of our wedding day into a weekend long celebration. The gorgeous surroundings combined with a camp fire corral set in front of our cabins, provided a really fun close to each night we were there. We cannot recommend The Hillside at Red Rock enough to couples and families seeking a magical wedding venue surrounded by the beauty of the Texas hill country. I can’t say enough good things about this precious place. Hillside at Red Rock was the most beautiful venue I could ever have wanted for my special day! Not only is it truly stunning, but also incredibly accommodating. They have a great sound system, a beautiful bridal suite, an assortment of tables varying in sizes and shapes for guests, cake table, food/drink table, etc. They are your one stop shop to create a beautiful and unique space for your wedding! The porch over looking the hillside makes a beautiful backdrop for pictures. Clayton and Christy have done a truly remarkable job with this venue. They are so kind and were the most helpful through the whole process. It truly could not have gone any more perfect! Thank you for sharing your space. It will forever have a special place in my heart!

As a wedding planner in Fredericksburg, this is one of my favorite venues! The size is perfect for small to medium size groups up to 75 people. The price is reasonable with 6 charming cabins on the property. But what stands out the most is the accommodating owners and the stunning Hill Country views!!!

Beautiful venue with a view! Very functional with privacy bathrooms, kitchenette, food serve area, and bridal suite. The staff is also very friendly. I definitely recommend this place hands down.

Great event venue! We had a conference with multiple presenters and a decent amount of audio/visual needs… we arrived the morning of the event and the power had gone out (local transformer struck by lightning) … the crew scrambled to get us everything we needed to continue on with our presentations undisturbed: generator for power, extension cables to power things up, and trouble shooting to get the projector up and running and with only minutes to spare. I truly appreciate that kind of effort and can thoroughly recommend Hillside at Red Rock to any group looking to have an amazing customer service and a great view as well.

What an exceptional venue for our son’s rehearsal dinner! Clayton was so helpful and promptly and patiently answered all my questions and had everything set up as requested. Our family and friends enjoyed the evening and the stunning view! Just wish it hadn’t been so windy so we could have gone out on that deck!

Could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding (11/20/2021). Nicole and I loved every moment as well as our guests. People constantly asked how we found such a beautiful venue and honestly we got very lucky to happen upon such a place. Our wedding was held here this weekend. Very beautiful venue! Everything was well organized and ready for us to come in and just start decorating! Clayton was a lot of help! So many compliments we received about the place!
