    What makes it fun

    When you walk into our restaurant, the copper and stainless steel tanks will be the first thing you notice. We want you to be able to see, hear, and smell the brewing process while you eat with us. During the week, our Brewers are usually busy making wonderful craft beer. You can watch them work while you sip a beer. We have a wide range of delicious starters, main courses, and desserts for you to choose from. On our menu, you can find German food, as well as American classics like chicken fried steak and meatloaf, soups, sandwiches, pizza, burgers, and more. Also, don't forget that we'll have craft beer to go with whatever you pick. We don't necessarily understand if you don't like beer, but we have a great range of wine for you to choose from. So grab your friends and come join us at "Your Brewery"—there's always something to celebrate on Main Street Fredericksburg!

    Walked in looking for a rest room on a hot day. The air conditioner was working great so we all decided to stay. Lots of room between tables so you don’t have to worry about bumping in to anyone. The beer was really cold and Gaylene took great care of us. She had us laughing a lot! I highly recommend this brewery!

    A local wine shop. In my opinion, the wines are expensive because they are very young.

    We stopped here on our drive through town and it was nasty. The chicken nachos were a soup. So soggy and full of liquid. Completely inedible. Crab cakes were also nasty. Wasted $50 for these 2 items and water.

    See comments below… meatloaf, and brussels sprouts were very dry. Meatloaf was rubbery and brussels sprouts were grilled and very tough – not chewable will not eat here again. Our waitress however, was very nice.

    We just stopped to have a beer so I cannot comment on the food. The beer was ok, it would be a place to check out if you like to try different craft breweries.

    Good beer and food in a friendly atmosphere. I had a beer flight which had samples of all eight of their in-house beers, and they were all excellent. The waitress recommended the sausage plate, and it did not disappoint. My wife enjoyed the taco salad. They also have a gift shop with glasses, t-shirts, and beer to go. Highly recommended!

    Hostess = average not welcoming
    Server = She was the highlight
    Food = nothing to talk about. Bland
    Cost = Average
    Atmosphere = not busy for a Saturday at 6pm

    It had been 4-5 years since we at here. It was totally better then.

    The older lady hostess was rude. When I mentioned it to the manager, she actually said that I was the second person that day to complain about her. Haha! The food was pretty darn good including the kids meals, appetizers and sandwiches/entrees. The atmosphere is also really nice and air-conditioned, and the bartenders in the back room were very cool. Something tells me the lady at the front was a “family hire.”

    It's all about the atmosphere. The Philly, Ruben, and chicken fried steak were Okay?! Most of the food was dry and lacked flavor.

    Worst pizza I have ever had. Great service and great atmosphere. Went on new years and still had great service as busy as they were. Maybe my fault for ordering Pizza at a a German restaurant. It tasted like a Chef Boyardee pizza you’d make as a kid. They put huge full thick slices of tomato on it under the cheese so all the cheese and toppings would immediately just fall off. Really thick pieces - must have been 4 tomatoes on our large pizza. Crust - again - was like something I would make with flour and water (no yeast) just winging it at the house in a normal oven without a recipe. I
    The pizza section took up a big piece of the menu so I thought they had experience. I would take it off the menu immediately - good place otherwise.

    Forgot about our order. After 40 minutes went up to counter and asked where our food was. Brought 2 cold bratwurst. Very disappointed with service and food. Do not recommend.

    Some of the best German food this side of the Atlantic. You can't go to Fredericksburg and not try stew, pretzels, and beer. Fredericksburg Brewing Company has it all. A must if you're in town. 🥨 🍻

    It was pretty busy when we walked in on a Saturday afternoon, but we just came for the beer. They sort out people accordingly - drinks or meals. I wish I could comment on the food. The place is spacious, leading out into a covered biergarten. The ambience is of a German restaurant with a brewery, nothing fancy but practical. It is always cool to see where your beer is coming from. The tanks are active so you can watch a bucket of water bubbling away during the fermentation process.

    We arrived right at 11:00 as they were opening, and we got right in and greeted by our server within two minutes. We got our beers quickly (excellent IPAs), and the food came soon after we ordered. The sausage sampler was delicious, as were the onion rings and German potato salad I ordered as sides. My mates both ordered the sausage sandwich and spicy green beans and loved them. We topped off the meal with warm peach cobbler with ice cream.

    I’d read other reviews claiming the service was slow or inefficient, but that was not our experience at all. The atmosphere is lively, both food and beer is good, and the crowd waiting to be seated as we were leaving is a testament to the popularity of this place.

    While no one was being seated there yet, the large indoor beer garden looked great! There are also what look from their website lovely individually decorated hotel rooms upstairs.

    I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.
