Wow wow wow!!!! Incredible time at the wine tasting. Not by just delicious wine (highly recommend the Merlot) but the gentleman behind the bar (JR) was so helpful, so nice and so not a pushy salesman like several wineries in the area. It was a relaxing time and a breath of fresh air in there. Will be back!

Had a great time at Bingham yesterday. JR was friendly and hospitable. His product knowledge of the wines serves help to make the experience even that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back on our next trip. In the meantime, we will continue to visit their downtown Grapevine location.

Love this place! There is not much curb appeal as there is just a simple building with a small vineyard, but the wine is amazing and the staff are so friendly! We make trips to Fredericksburg often for wine tastings and the Bingham winery is a staple stop for our largest haul home. The tasting room is comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend Bingham Winery!

Bingham wines are excellent examples of Texas wine done right! We have been wine club members since 2023 and they never disappoint in quality, price, hospitality service and sincerity. We have tried many wineries in the Fredericksburg area and still rate Bingham our overall #1 choice.

Bingham is the best Texas wine, period. Their humble low key tasting room in Hye just east of Fredericksburg is housing the most flavor profiles and varietals you will find anywhere. Buddy and Mary were awesome and knowledgeable, so you are not only tasting, but you are learning. The family is front and center and honored in their wine names. We have been club members for many years and enjoy their tasting room in Grapevine Texas as well. We can't wait to visit the Vinyard in Meadow. Do not pass this by when you are in Fredericksburg area, you won't regret it.

This is by far the absolute best wine that I’ve had in Fredericksburg and I’ve been to over 50 wineries. The wine is absolutely delicious and you need to stop by and try it for yourself! The gentleman helping us was amazing, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He didn’t push this out the door and he was very accommodating. If I could give more than five star stars, I would!

Our visit to Bingham Winery was disappointing. The overall atmosphere felt uninviting, and the imagery displayed at the entrance featuring a white family posed in a cotton field was culturally insensitive and uncomfortable.
The wine selection was very limited. Guests had to choose either all sweet wines, all whites, or all dry reds with no option to mix. The wine itself was not good and lacked flavor or balance.
We were not offered snacks or seating, and even basic hospitality like water had to be requested. The space felt more like a cold warehouse than a welcoming winery. Compared to other stops on the tour, Bingham did not meet expectations in quality or experience.

This winery was a great stop during our visit to the hill country. I particularly enjoyed the stories Buddy told us about the wines, Brigham farm and the Bingham family. The wines were yummy and have won many awards. Stop here while you’re in the area.

Visited Bingham Vineyards on a wine tasting tour and am so glad I did. Learned a tremendous amount about wine at this stop. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. This was one of my favorite stops on the wine tour! I live a lot closer to their Grapevine, TX winery and am actually thinking about joining the wine club. The wines is super!

Fantastic wine at a reasonable price point. We did the sweet wine and the dry wines tastings, and they were both tasty and interesting.

Probably my new favorite winery on 290!

Shout out to the staff. They were friendly and super knowledgeable about the wines and the family history.

We had a wonderful time at the Bingham Family Vineyards wine tasting. Excellent award winning Texas wines. Highly recommend! We joined the club and can have various wines shipped to us. But we usually opt to pick them up, which gives us an excuse to make a short road trip from Austin. They have newly installed EV chargers with Tesla adapters. Just another reason to stop in and taste some wine while you top off and relieve some range anxiety.

We had a good visit on a dreary, rainy Friday afternoon. Nice tasting room. Brought home a few bottles and joined a club. Really good wines! Since our first visit we've referred relatives and brought friends along for tastings. Love the wines!

Update: visit on a weekday fall afternoon. We got to meet and chat with the famous Dirt Farmer himself, Cliff Bingham! Wines are still amazing.

Our pourer, William, was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. We did the red wine tasting all of the wines. The Mourvèdre, Tempranillos and Carignan were all very nice. It’s worth noting that your tasting is not comped on wine purchase and there is an additional charge for the red tasting.

Absolutely the best wine tasting experience I have ever had! I loved that we were given the option to choose sweet or dry wines or both. Our host was very passionate about his craft and it showed through his enthusiasm. He took time to tell us about each wine and what food it pairs well with The tasting room is not so fancy but it felt very homey.

Sampled five different wines. Recommend reservations to get a table upon arrival. One of the samples won an award at a competition which included the saddle on display at the bar.

This is a nice place to visit, only recommendation is, know the mood of your audience, I really wanted to spend the time there with my wife and not learn about the Bingham family history, wine history ETC, the dude who's nice just droned on.

The wines were delicious, we purchased six bottles and will be back.

I fully recommend this winery 🍷cheers 🍻!
