Don't forget to grab your binoculars and be on the lookout for a wide variety of bird species that frequently visit the property. You might even get lucky and spot an Axis deer every now and then!

The man who served us was very rude. He would see our glasses were empty and intentionally walk away. He did not tell us about the wine we were drinking or even try to simply engage with us. He would just walk up and say “here is the wine” pour it and walk away. I was really sad because even workers at other winery’s tasting rooms were talking highly about reviews they have heard and their desire to try this winery.

Loved our experience! Wine was fantastic! Knowledge from our wonderful server Kyle was incredible! Great service and great conversations and beautiful grounds! Quaint and really special, 1000% worth the stop and we didn’t even get to experience the sheep which were not on the grounds the day we visited but are often there on the weekend. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Atmosphere, the views are so pretty and the Wine tasting is AMAZING they have so much knowledge and give you alot of information and insight on the location of wine, where its made, how its made, and maybe what we would like to choose for our tasting which makes it very personal. They give you palate cleansers as well! 10/10 have been here twice and will continue to visit when Im in fredricksburg, family owned, great people and GREAT WINE!

I’m a red wine fan and they did not disappoint. Every single red we tried was truly great. The service was wonderful and not rushed. Enjoyed the atmosphere!

I love how they are open an hour earlier than almost every other winery. Beautiful setting and the wine was good.
I’d recommend this winery any day. They are also kid and dog friendly unlike so many other winery’s.

Quaint, great wine, they have an elevated loft, numerous couple and group niches, outside areas. Was a farm house and very pretty, set up and ready for people. Nice staff! Will go again!!!!!

Angie was amazing host and we also got to meet one of the owners! Such a great atmosphere and amazing wines. Would definitely want to return in the future. Had to buy a bottle of Muscat while I was there. 🤌🏻 10/10

Beautiful setting with several delicious wines. Smaller than sine of the other wineries in the area but absolutely worth the stop. Service was friendly and timely with a feeling of personal service and attention. I would highly recommend including this on your time in the Texas Wine Country.

We made this our first stop in Texas. We were staying in San Antonio. Well worth the drive. We did a wine tasting and had a cocktail. Our server/ bartender was Jocelyn she was very knowledgeable about the wines and food. We had the charcuterie board and cheese curds, It was enough for 3 people.
Penny sat us and took the time to ensure we were comfortable. If we have time we want to drive up again.

Airis ’Ele is a beautiful location with wonderful service and delicious wine. We were there for a bachelorette party and were given unparalleled and attentive service. I gravitate toward red wines but everything we tasted was wonderful! The descriptions of each that our host gave were perfect so you really knew what you were getting from each before even drinking it. I have rarely encountered someone who was as knowledgeable and passionate about their product as Luis. I highly recommend a visit to this vineyard!

Beautiful country setting perfect for sitting out on the patio while you relax and enjoy the breeze that blows across the beautiful pastureland.

The inside is very nice as well with excellent servers. Lots of attention to detail both on the inside and outside.

Incredible service, beautiful views/atmosphere and delicious wine! We make a few trips to the wineries annually and Airis'Ele has become our new favorite vineyard! The seating inside and outside on the patio are wonderful, but the beautiful old oak trees on the property called my name. So during our last visit we decided to settle under the trees and I enjoyed a few glasses of the Cuerno. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Airis'Ele is a gem, highly recommend!
