1) Fredericksburg Brunch Co.~ 6 Days of Brunch Bliss
Fredericksburg Brunch Co. is a great spot to celebrate National Brunch Month with your sweetheart. FBC serves up a blissful brunch 6 days a week (they’re closed on Thursdays). The menu features a wide variety of delicious brunch dishes. We love the Croque Madame, Country Omelette, and Eggs Neptune.
2) Hill & Vine~ Weekend Brunch Wonderland
Hill & Vine is always a great spot for a date with your sweetheart. They serve an incredible brunch that we only have one complaint about, it’s only served on weekends. The menu has some brunch classics like Avocado Toast and Steak & Eggs. You’ll also find some innovative brunch dishes like Chicken Schnitzel & Waffles and Carrot Cake French Toast.
3) Hidden Hideaway~ Brilliant Weekend Brunching
On Saturdays and Sundays, you can find a great brunch menu at Hidden Hideaway. This is another spot we wish did brunch more days of the week. You’ll find a pretty traditional brunch menu here with classics like Biscuits & Gravy, Waffles, and Denver Omelette. We also love the Fredericksburg’s Famous French Toast and Loaded Avocado Toast.
