I had another amazing time at Wildseed Vineyards today. As always Barbara greeted us with her amazing smile, and incredible personality.Barbara and Deb are without a doubt the biggest reason that we come to Wildseed every chance we get. While the wine and atmosphere are always great, it’s the love that we get from Barbara and Deb that makes Wildseed better than any other vineyard in Fredericksburg!!!Thank you both for another amazing day. I can’t wait to get back to see you both on our next pick up!

Must visit the Butterfly Garden and Vineyard. Lots of good quality wild flower seeds. Love the store and cafe inside the building.

I came across this place quite by accident. I was locked out of my airbnb which was across the street, and I stopped by to see if someone would let me use their phone to contact my host. Elena and Anita kindly helped me out, even though I wasn't a customer. In the 4 hours in which I waited for my host to get back to me, they treated me with such kindness: Elena brought me a bottle of water, offered me some food and a seat and even said she'd come and look for me when my host called (which she did)! And Anita kept checking in on me, making sure I was ok. Again, I was a complete stranger, yet both these women treated me like they'd known me for ages.While I waited I browsed around the store/farm/winery, and I was impressed by the variety of wildflower seeds, plants, garden paraphernelia and souvenirs they had to offer. This is a gardener's heaven! They also have wine tasting too, and Deb and the young, knowledgeable sommelier (sorry I forgot your name) were super friendly and gracious to me. So were the ladies in the deli and in the plant area!Unfortunately I was too early for the vineyard and farm tour. But the next time I'm in the area I will stop by to check it out. And I will definitely tell others to do the same.Thank you Wildseed Farms for your graciousness and kindness. And a big THANK YOU to Elena and Anita for being such good, kind, decent human beings; you've both restored my faith in humanity!

If I could give it zero I would....I purchased 2 bottles of their sangria based on a friend saying "it's the bomb", $25 per bottle it better be good, right? it tastes like fruit juice from HEB, I could not detect any alcohol at all....looking at the label there is NO report of alcohol content in the drink, the legal limit for reporting alcohol in a beverage is 0.5%...what this means is there is less than 0.5% alcohol in the drink...REALLY!!! it's fruit juice, $25 for a bottle of fruit juice, a total rip off, I won't go back, just wanted to let all you prospective and dedicated followers know you're getting ripped off if you buy this stuff

Beautiful gardens. We enjoyed the butterfly gardens and hummingbirds. The peach ice cream was delicious.Beware: there are snakes and my daughter was bitten by a rat snake while we were walking around outside.

This was such a great place to visit. So many cool things to buy and so many seeds to try and grow yourself. We loved that we could walk to the butterfly section and enjoy the butterfly, flowers, bees, and the humming birds. We also did the sweet wine test which cost 15 for 4 tastings. The place was very nice and the lady serving us really gave us a good amount of info about she was serving us. This is a great place to take the kids and let them get a little tired running around. Will definitely be coming back.

Great peach ice cream!!! We walked the butterfly path. Met one of the local cats that lives there it came to see us so we could pet it. Nice shop sells wildflower seeds, local salsa, wine, and stuff

Absolutely amazing place! It has a very unique charm about it, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The scenery is unbeatable. Stunning. This was our first experience at a winery and it was perfect. Will definitely come back again.

We have been visiting Wildseed Farm for at least the past 5 years now. It never disappoints. Our granddaughter loves the 🦋 garden and all the yard art and spinners. Their snacks and sandwiches are delicious and the variety at the gift shop is awesome. I always find something unique. They have added a wine tasting room but we have not had the opportunity to attend those events. The staff are always very friendly and attentive and the grounds are clean and neat. Lots of parking. Oh yeah, you can purchase plants for your 🏡 garden.

This place is truly enchanting. I highly recommend visiting this place with lot of butterflies and it's an awe-inspiring sight. There are plenty of activities to engage in, making it an ideal destination for a memorable family day.Additionally, I must mention the delightful cone ice cream they offer, specifically the vanilla and peach flavors. It is a scrumptious combination that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. Furthermore, their vegetable salad is perfect—fresh, crisp, and bursting with flavors. It's a refreshing option that complements the ice cream beautifully.
