What makes it fun

Breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday, along with lunch and dinner on the other six days of the week. In a setting that is inviting and cozy, one can take pleasure in one's choice from among a splendid assortment of wines, cocktails, premium craft beers on tap, and incredible live music. We have seating available both inside and outside the restaurant! At Western Edge, we are thrilled to be able to provide our patrons with a wide choice of mouthwatering options because we have a world-class chef overseeing the kitchen. Our restaurant serves anything from burgers to quail wrapped in bacon, flatbread pizzas to crawfish packed into mushrooms, crazy cowboy salad to filet mignon.

It's been about a year since I ate here.I came September 13 around 6:00 in the evening with my family and today, September 15 around 4:00.Our waiter was Robert on both occasions. He provided the same consistent service. I appreciate his professionalism and friendliness.The food on both visits was delicious.I had a Bacon burger. Crispy bacon...perfect. The burger was very tasty.Another family member had a salad with chicken. He said it was good too.Let's just say Western Edge is a very nice restaurant with a homey atmosphere. I will definitely return. I will tell friends, and when I am at work and customers ask me where is a good place to eat here in Fredericksburg you know my answer.The Western Edge!!!

Stopped here for lunch before left to go back home and it was a great little spot. Staff was friendly. I got the Billie Burger and it was DELICIOUS!

Their pizza is better than the Italian place next door, and their chef's special buffalo sandwich is the best thing I've had in Fredericksburg! No waiting list is a plus! Thank you very much to be here!

Ordered hot crusty rolls for a appetizer with wine. Rolls are great the ice cold butter how ever will get you thrown out after you pay the bill of course. And it was my birthday. We were supposed to have friends join us. It have easily a 300$ tab. Not well played ya'll

This place may not seem like much but the food is excellent. The place was clean and service was great. I went for lunch and had the fish tacos. I was not disappointed the taste was spot on. This restaurant has more choices and everyone I went with loved what they had. I would highly recommend trying this place.

Western Edge sits right on Main Street with both indoor and outdoor seating, live music, and spaces for large groups. We had reservations, but you can also walk in. The menu offers a wide variety of choices from fish to burgers, and it is all delicious. The bacon wrapped dates filled with goat cheese are my favorite. The truffle fries with cheese dip were mouth-watering. The lamb chops were so tender, and the seasoning absolutely delicious without the normally overpowering gaminess. Though there was a large crowd, orders were taken quickly and food served promptly. Staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
