Stayed for our anniversary. We loved it. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Loved the pool. Appreciated that it was quiet, especially at night. Will definitely go back.

The Winchester Lodge is great!
Rooms are decorated very handsome, the grounds are fantastic and the breakfast is always great.
Summer with the pool and winter with the outdoor grand fireplace is all really nice.

I stumbled upon this little gem on- line when looking for a place to stay in Fredericksburg to celebrate our 18 year anniversary. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back! Our room was perfect for my husband and I. The location is great and not far from Main Street.

Loved Loved room #2. Loved the outdoor fireplace and sat there and enjoyed the fire for 3 hours. It was very romantic
Walking distance to everything, great location.
Next time I’ll advise a reduced sugar breakfast. I didn’t know we could do that. Always love breakfast in a basket. The breakfast was high In sugar so I’ll know next time.

The Winchester lodge met all expectations! The location was perfect with main Street shopping and restaurants only a block away. The breakfast baskets, outdoor fireplace were definitely our favorite. Definitely plan to stay again our next visit to Fredericksburg!

The Winchester Lodge was an excellent experience! Beautiful rooms, easy and quick check-in process, and gorgeous views.
They had fun amenities like a pool and an outdoor fireplace. Breakfast was provided in a picnic basket to your doorstep, and there were lots of patio tables to relax at while eating a scrumptious meal. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

If I could give more stars I would. This place was more than I expected. Room 13 was wonderful. Everything about this place was great and the over all experience down to the little details. We walked in and the tranquil spa smell hit us right away and you could hear spa music playing. We got up the stairs and was in awe on how cozy it was. The bathroom, balcony, fireplace and then the breakfast served every morning in the cutest basket at our front door. We couldn’t wait to see what each day brought for breakfast. Downtown is a block up the street so we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Access to the fireplace outside and a coffee bar was wonderful. Thank you for such a great experience! We highly recommend to anyone And cannot wait to come back. Oh- and the shampoo and conditioner is a must. I purchased some when I left.

This the best boutique hotel. #2 room has a wonderful living room area that is extremely comfortable. The master bedroom is upstairs with a gorgeous walk-in shower.
Any questions or help that we needed was answered promptly by Stephanie. She was wonderful. You can let her know if you have any specialty items that you cannot eat for breakfast and they will adjust for your needs.

This is a beautiful place kind of tucked away, but within walking distance from the main streets with all the shops and restaurants. We went to our nephew's wedding, so all 16 rooms were booked by family and friends. I love it that we all were able to hang out in the patio and no one would complain if we got a little too noisy because we were all there for the same party. The breakfast baskets were very nice also.

This place was the perfect place to stay for a mid vacation rest and relaxation. It is tucked away on a side street so it’s quiet but you can walk to the Main Street so quickly. I would absolutely stay here again! The pool was beautiful, our room was unique and spacious. They left us little samples of they spa products. Our breakfast was deluged to our door each morning in a picnic basket. It was everything I’d hoped for.
