Nice level lots. We visited in a 45 foot motorhome and had enough room for our Jeep Trailhawk. Very clean. You can see all the empty lots are raked so you know they take pride in their campground. We would definitely come back when in town.

When you pull in to this RV park the first thing that captures your attention is the covered wagon Air BNBs. If you have a reservation and you show up after business hours, they make it very easy for you to check in and get settled. They have outboxes with your name on your envelope with all the instructions you need for your entire stay. They are very nice setups. This RV park is clean and well kept. Full hookups and big pull through sites are a plus. Each spot has big numbers making your site easy to locate. There is a playground, dog park and a covered picnic area. The campground also has valet trash pickup. What also makes this a great place is their location. The RV park is minutes from Main Street in Fredericksburg.

This RV park is farther from town than we expected. It is a large barren lot with lots of RV spaces and NO trees and therefore, NO shade. It did have a pool, laundromat, cute wagons for rent. It is located along a busy road, so you hear the road noise while sitting outside. The RV spaces are full hook-ups and spacious with nice picnic tables. This survey is geared for rating a hotel, which this is not.

We stayed here for the weekend with our Airstream group. The sites were nice. Gravel drive was raked. They came by for trash pick up. Connections worked well. We used the rally hall & kitchen. It was huge & the kitchen has everything we needed (utensils, cookware, towels, detergent, appliances, etc..). We were quite impressed & look forward to returning.

Just north of town. Quiet. Wish they allowed pets in the store. Would have gone more when walking my dog.....not very crowded. Stayed there with our camping group.

Great park! Good location to town 1 1/2 miles on 87. Some highway noise. Courtney at the office is terrific. Park is well maintained. Roads are rough paved, sites are wide sand gravel, level with the road and have grass area and picnic table. No trees, which we prefer. Outdoor pool(not heated) and hot tub are very nice. Would recommend. 1/4 mile on rt87 going towards town is a peach fresh produce market with great vegetables, jar goods and excellent peach ice cream!

Pros first. CLOSE to Fredericksburg, less than 5 minutes to town. Long drive thrus for Class A Rigs. Clean shower rooms, though a little dark (lights). Dog Park.
CONS: First off we arrived on Sunday afternoon because we came to see the Christmas Lights. We were charged an additional $15 for a 'special event' that was a flea market on the other side of town. Not something that we were interested in or why we staying. Since it was after 1 and the market closed at 4, even if we had been interested in going, it was to late by the time we got set up. Campground was less than 25% full. We choose a spot near the front, which meant highway noise all night. We didnt expect that, it being a small town. And it was a state hwy, not an interstate. The main issue we had, was hookups were towards the front of the sites. which meant we had to pull to the front of the site and the arrangement of the sewer/water and electric was odd (see photos) All the hookups were within 3 feet of your neighbors tiny picnic table. (see photos). If the campground was full, it would be unbearable. Last, there were numerous 'long timers' with multiple cars, and equipment out side. Overall, we won't be back.

The Vineyards is a nice pleasant park just on the outskirts of town with a quiet hill country feel. My wife and stayed Fri-Mon and enjoyed our stay tremendously. We would have preferred to have been spaced out just a bit in the park and not right next to someone if possible, since 80% of the park still available. However our neighbors were very pleasant and we didn't have any issues. We have stayed in other RV parks in FBG and found this to be a great option for us again in the future. Only thing to watch out for is when exiting the park in your rig, there is a steep (but very manageable) incline when getting on to the highway. Just be careful and you will be fine!

We will be back next time we are in the area and need a great place to stay! Highly recommend if your looking for a park

Really close to downtown Fredericksburg and very easy to get to. The check-in and checkout process could not have been easier. Clean bathrooms. Good-looking spots. Not a lot of natural shade out here but otherwise a fantastic place.
