The rooms look definitely bigger in the website. Room was very clean and nicely decorated but the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors conversation. I don't see us staying here again, way overpriced. We had the burritos in the breakfast basket and let me tell you... both my husband and I were sick within the hour. I did call the front desk to let them know and they said "oh it must be because you ate something somewhere else".

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. The pool at sister property is very nice and easy to get to/use. Would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Our room was cozy and very comfortable. I could have stayed in bed all day. 😁. The staff (Abigail & Stephanie) was friendly and welcoming at check-in. We checked in at The Winchester Lodge which is located next door. The house is a short walk to Main Street. We received a breakfast basket with prep instructions during our stay. It was pretty good.Our room was clean and well stocked with water, coffee pods, towels, robes, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Walmart and H-E-B are also a short drive away. I was dissapointed that I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool at Winchester House. The only negative is that the person staying upstairs was loud. It sounded like there was a giant moving furniture up there, so that was a bit annoying in the morning. I would recommend staying here.👍👍

Loved staying in The Treehouse room. It was very well appointed and nice to come back to at the end of the day. Beautiful and quiet but close to walking on Main St and the Pacific War Museum. The little breakfast that arrives at your door each morning is delightful and the shared kitchen (we never saw anyone else) was handy and charming. Look forward to another visit when we can stay longer! Thank you Stephanie!

I'm glad I discovered this wonderful B & B. The rooms are very cozy, the basket continental breakfast was yummy and we were able to enjoy a glass of wine out under the trees. The Evers House is located just a block from Main Street. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is amazing as it is 1/2 block from Main St. Breakfast arrived promptly every morning and was terrific. The room itself was fantastic. Comfy bed, nice layout, and a microwave and fridge. This place was a winner in every way.

This place is not as advertised. The room we stayed in advertised a jacuzzi tub, But the tub did not work at all and we later found out from front desk, “ oh yes we know it doesn’t work”. Then the basket breakfast was a joke, 1 boiled egg, a little hard croissant and little bowl of oatmeal. Not anything like the picture. I emailed twice after our unpleasant stay and never got any kind of response. NO I WILL NEVER GO BACK

We had a 3 day get-away for our anniversary and the Evers House was the perfect place. The Seventh Heaven suite was very nice - large with all the amenities. Linens were top notch. Morning breakfast was well done. Service was the best. Treated like we were their family. Our only place to stay in Fredericksburg.

Evers house was amazing! From the hospitality to the cleanliness of the B&B. The owners were so accommodating and made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and they offer everything you need in each one. The food they brought to us from their local restaurant, Sage, which was incredible as well. I will definitely be returning to Evers House and if you haven’t been already, make sure to check it out!!

A must stay when in Fredericksburg! Picture this, all of your friends under one roof just steps from the hundreds of shops, restaurants and entertainment this cute Texas town is known for. The services from The Evers House team is second to none. The charm of this 1880 house is to die for! I highly recommend dinner at Sage and brunch at Hill Country Herb Garden. Nothing about this stay, location or amenities will disappoint.

The Evers House is my new favorite spot to stay in Fredericksburg! The rooms are very large and there is plenty of space. The service is top notch and the house is right off the main road, so you can walk anywhere downtown. Will definitely be back!
