We had the PERFECT time here! The location is great (Johnson City has lots of wineries & close to Fredericksburg and Lukenbach). If you’re looking for a place to stay with beautiful views & a place to unwind, this is the place. The rooms were themed, which we loved! The hot tub was 10/10! Everything was exactly as advertised! We had a great experience and will be staying here next time we are in town!

This is not a hotel - it's a remotely managed collection of short-term rental rooms; where "managed" is probably lending too much credit.Our room was upstairs. We had to carry our luggage up a spiral metal staircase in the rain to reach it. The room was clean but the pool area was super unkempt. The huge shower with several shower heads ultimately had two settings: frigid cold high pressure water or hot water that was barely running.Also, be prepared to run out to the dollar store in town to buy more toilet paper. The one roll they provide may not be enough. They don't email you back when you ask them for another roll.

The hotel grounds, the room, the bathroom, and the pool with hot tub are nice. The shower is a body shower with several jets, but unfortunately, the water pressure is very low. I skipped the shower in our one-night stay. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows were not. The room is clean. They text you the code for keyless entry. Do not forget your phone in the room 😀. Turning to the hotel at night is an issue; the road is not lit. It's easy to miss the turn. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Actually had problems with the same time that went down on me and Bernie and I pulled into this place and I try to make a call to the reservation desk and I couldn't get through to ask permission to change my tire and one of the parking lots well I changed my tire anyways and left him a message because the place is clean and beautiful and I look forward to seeing it there sometime in the future

My husband and I prefer to stay in non-chain hotels whenever possible. We really love the quirky and not standard type of hotel. Sometimes we get it right, with The Bentley Hotel we fell in love! Everything was as advertised and what we loved most about this place was how calm and relaxed it made us feel. The staff was great and friendly and the rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Whoever thought to place the A/C unit facing the bed is a freaking GENIUS!!!! Never ever slept better in a hotel room at any price then we did here. We will come back and can't wait to stay longer! Our current favorite hotel in Texas hands down.

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Bentley! Cute rooms, great pool, great location (Johnson City had lots of wineries, breweries and a cute downtown!) with a pretty hill country view! The spiral stairs were a little tricky with luggage just a note! We would absolutely come back to stay!

Unique hotel. We got the Marilyn Monroe room and it was beautiful. The pool was especially refreshing on a hot Texas summer day. Just a walk to the castle where we enjoyed wine and truffles.

AWESOME! Staff was fantastic. Rooms were 5+ stars with robes, beautiful bathrooms, great beds, theme rooms and of course theviews. The pool and jacuzzi were great as well as the pizza wine bar. This is the best place we have stayed in the area. Also, love the castle winery next door. The limited number of rooms create a terrific intimacy. Very romantic atmosphere.

If we could give this 100 stars we would. We had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to staying again.Not only did Mike and Monique build a fabulous place to stay, but Mike is one of the best pizza chefs ever!The experience could not have been better. We stayed in the Sinatra room and loved the theme. Everything was immaculate. The pool and hot tub were just the right size for a relaxing evening for two. When you visit you feel like you are part of the family!Thank goodness we saw this driving by and decided to check it out. Turned out to be one of the best stays we've had ever!
