I can't believe I didn't know those place existed, the music and setting is so casual and fun.

Let's start with the food, which was nothing short of phenomenal. The braised beef sliders were so incredibly tender and flavorful that I actually had to ask our server if I could compliment the cook personally. They were that good. The meat melted in my mouth, and every component worked in perfect harmony.

But as incredible as the food was, the drinks were the undisputed star of the show. The cocktail menu is a masterclass in mixology. We decided to be adventurous and try several, and each one was more impressive than the last. The clear standout, however, was the Gin Old Fashioned. I was skeptical at first, but it was a revelation, perfectly balanced, complex, and unbelievably smooth. It redefined what a classic cocktail could be. In fact, we were so blown away by the quality of their spirits that we ended up buying four bottles to take home!

The atmosphere is cool and intimate, the service was knowledgeable and welcoming, and the entire experience was a wonderful surprise from start to finish. The Speakeasy at Salvation Spirits isn't just a bar; it's a destination. Do yourself a favor and go. You'll be talking about it for days, and you'll probably leave with a bottle (or four) of your own.
