We had Revel cater our wedding last month and the decision was so worth it! The variety of cuisine and dish creativity were above and beyond most caterers we looked at in the hill country. The food was cooked onsite as well giving every dish truly fresh flavor. The cost for them is very justified. We highly recommend using Marisa and her husband for your event!

Marisa and her Revel team were the absolute perfect choice for our wedding at Contigo Ranch! She and her husband provided us with the most delicious food and made our wedding absolutely perfect! Their expertise is like no other! They gave us such incredible advice throughout the planning process. Theday of was so organized and their serving staff was amazing! We got SO many compliments on our food and the bar staff! Couldn’t recommend them more for any event!

We hired Revel for our wedding at La Bonne Vie, and they absolutely crushed it.Both the rehearsal dinner and reception were phenomenal. We got a ton of positive feedback from our guests about the Mexican food on Friday.And the reception food honestly blew my expectations out of the water. My only regret is that it was my wedding so I wasn't very hungry and only got to eat like half my plate.Highly, highly recommend.

Revel catered my daughters wedding for 210 people this past weekend... Marisa was wonderful to work with and she nailed every piece of the menu with keeping what the couple wanted in mind. Everything from the glasses to the place settings, bar service and waitstaff and HOT food..people were literally walking up to me and asking me "What was that rice!!" Not the juicy beef tenderloin cooked to perfection or the awesome taragon sauce on the NOT DRY chicken.. they wanted to know about the rice ... :) there was not one misstep the whole night and we are so thankful for their attention to detail. Maximiliano listened during our tasting and adjusted things to perfection. There is just not one bad word to say about this pair. You get what you pay for... and I would do it all over again with this establishment. Book them. NOW. :)

Revel Kitchen and Catering did an amazing job catering our wedding reception for 125 people! The attention to detail and astounding service made our day so special and stress free. The extra effort of serving appetizers and drinks to us and our family during pictures was very appreciated! Even had our own little bride and groom appetizer tray and drinks set up in our room prior to entering our reception. Which I especially loved because I didn’t want to miss out on the crab cakes and elk tenderloin!Prior to our wedding, our tasting was so amazing that it was almost all we talked about leading up to our wedding day, and we have received many many compliments since from our guests. They were more than accommodating on dietary restrictions, kids meals, cutting the cake, and bar services! Highly recommend them for any event and looking forward to trying more of their food at pop ups when we are in the area again!

Revel Catering is the absolute best. They catered our rehearsal dinner and our wedding and crushed it. Everyone both at the rehearsal and the wedding constantly told us how great the food was. The food was both delicious and presented so well. Marisa has exquisite taste and Max is an unbelievable chef. Marisa listened to our ideas, added her unique and special touches, and brought it all together to create a perfect meal/setting for both events.In addition, Revel provided cocktails for the rehearsal/wedding. The ingredients were so fresh, all handcrafted, and truly delicious. It wasn’t about volume but about ensuring each guest had a drink they could enjoy. To this day, people are still talking to us about how great the drinks were.Finally, we must say Marisa was such a joy to work with. She gave us guidance, excellent recommendations, and wanted to make sure our weekend was special. Revel made us feel like we were the most important thing to them and it showed with how well the food, drinks, displays, and service was for us all weekend.We love Revel and we are thankful we had the opportunity to work with them.
