I don't know where to begin...the apple crisp, the pretzel or the cookies (lemon and cinnamon toast crunch marshmallow)...this is the kind of place that I would want a part time job at for discounts if I lived closer. The apple crisp is tart and delicate. The cookies have the most perfect crispy and chewy outside crust (ask my dog - she ate the first two so we had to go back for more - turns out my dog has amazing instincts).

Seriously - we love the Hill Country and Pritzers Sweet Shop will be one of the millions of reasons we can't wait to return. If you're claustrophobic - bring a friend and have them order double.

Pritzer is off Main Street in a tiny little nook, if you go there you’ll know what I’m talking about, with the sweetest people and tastiest treats! I mean who doesn’t love strolling down Main Street sipping peach wine and snacking on something sweet?!
Anywho,
This bakery is a must stop every time we come to Fredericksburg!
The German pretzel is so good! Light, buttery, just enough cinnamon and sugar!
All of the cookies have been amazing…my favorite is the snickerdoodle! Fruity pebbles comes in a close second.
The mini pecan pies….yes please!
The oatmeal crème pie….mouth watering!
You can’t go wrong with them and they’re pretty reasonably priced! Check em out on your next way through!

Wow this is really a gem in Fredericksburg!! Everything we had was so FRESH! Rare for most bakeries I feel nowadays. German Chocolate cupcake, apple crisp, and apple strudel were to die for!!

So glad we stopped to check out this small sweet shop! We purchased a few cookies, chocolate chunks macadamia and the oatmeal 😋 they had so many other pastries. Staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely will visit again if we ever come back to Fredicksburg.

Why bother with a sit down breakfast when you can come here? Both pretzels were amazing. Everything tasted fresh. There is no place to sit and eat, but there are city benches along the sidewalk and a park nearby.
