We popped in on the Saturday after Valentines and while every table was booked our server, Ben, was amazing and helped us get a table after a last minute walk in. With the weather on our side Ben was able to get us a table on the patio in the perfect spot to enjoy a small flight, a charcuterie, and the live pianist! 10/10 would recommend Cuvée!

My wife and I had a lovely evening. Michael did a great job at the piano. And Fallon was very gracious. Would highly recommend Cuvée.

My best friend and I had the pleasure of enjoying this establishment twice in one day. On our first visit we had the pleasure of meeting Brooke who served us with the most cheerful spirit and smile.The atmosphere of the cute farmhouse and intimate setting provided a rememberful experience and the mimosa flight was delicious!!On our 2nd visit, we had the honor of meeting the owner Adam who was also performing on the piano, and the intimate setting provided a personalized experience, his singing was phenomenal and his personality was very welcoming.You will not find more a peronslaized experience in Fredericksburg as we found here.The drinks and atmosphere top tier. Check them out!

I think I found the greatest people in Fredericksburg and they are the owners of this special place!! I was in charge a coordinating a large bachlorette party and spoke with so many vendors in the area. Taylor, was the hands down the most wonderful to coordinate with. We had a beautiful tasting + lunch on the patio, followed by a impromptu tour (explaining the history.) The charcuterie and panni's were perfect for lunch. The wine was delicious. Our group feel in love with this place so much that we came back in the evening for the piano bar!! Do not leave Fredericksburg without spending some time here ❤️

Visiting Perspective Cellars is always a joy. Our last two trips to Perspective Cellars have been on a Friday or Saturday and Andy always provides the best piano bar performance.The wine list is absolutely well thought out and Taylor’s wine experience and knowledge is so expansive and shows with the selections they bring to the table! The flavor profiles will satisfy any palette and touch old world as well as new world and yes, Texas! If you are craving bubbles, whites or reds the knowledgeable staff and owners can find a glass that will have you wanting to linger, sip and relax in a beautiful, inviting historic Fredericksburg home.If you want to learn, and grown in your wine understanding Taylor has both the credentials and passion to invest in passing on her wealth of knowledge. Taylor’s excitement and love of all things wine is as exciting as the next glass she will pour. One of our favorite places to visit and never a disappointment.Thank you Andy and Taylor for always making visits to Perspective Cellars worth every minute!

10 out of 10! Just go here, it’s got such a fun space that you feel comfortable and welcomed. It’s very homey. Love the views out of the windows to people watch, the wine tasting flights are great and the food is too! Our server was awesome, so nice and happy to help, but not over the top.

We loved this place. It was pet friendly and we sat on their little patio. We had great service and they made some substitutions for my hubby who's gluten free. We ordered the hummus plate and they got him some veggies to be able to eat the hummus, while I ate the pita bread. The Grizzly Red wine was perfect. What made the entire place wonderful was the piano bar. The pianist was awesome! Fun and classy place.
