    What makes it fun

OroBianco Italian Creamery is the 1st and only water buffalo dairy and creamery in Texas. At our South Texas ranch, we carefully milk our water buffalo herd. The 100% grass-fed milk is transported to our state-inspected creamery in the Hill Country. There, we take pride in crafting small-batch gelato and other dairy products. We have dedicated our lives to the art of cooking, the care of our land, and the preservation of ranching heritage. Our gelato is carefully made in small batches, with every step done by hand. We use only the finest ingredients. We take great care in crafting recipes and flavors that showcase the unique characteristics of our local region.

What a great little spot, don't listen to millennial wine snobs like Patricia, the gelato is great, staff is friendly, food is delicious, location is immaculate.

Tried citrus crema and mango Gelato. Honestly if everyone wasn't so nice and the place wasn't so clean and cute I'd have rated lower. I had high expectations for the place and the initial taste of both flavors were good however when you have such a creamy base you need more balance in the flavor. There's not a word in English for being bored of a flavor, but that's how I felt after a few small spoonfuls. I couldn't get through more than a third of my small scoop before I had to toss it. It could use more tartness or anything really to make the Gelato less one note.

Best Neapolitan-style pizza in Texas! Amazing gelato made with the creamiest water buffalo milk. A well-curated selection of wines: imported and local. Cured meats and deliciously handcrafted soft cheeses.

Best stop in the hill country! So much to offer! Affogatos, gelato, meats, cheeses and now pizza! The muffuletta is delicious and pistachio is my favorite flavor gelato. Amazing selection of wines. Can grab Barton Springs mills flour and much more! If you are there for pizza give the Porky pistachio a try!

Have you ever had any Ice cream that had you floored? How about wanting you to go back for seconds? The owner was cordial and helpful when I asked some questions about what they’re known for. This place had a minimalistic look with great selections of both cured meats, dried cheese, and gelato. They also carried some fancy stuff like wagyu!! I am not huge for sweets, but this place hit home for me. It was decadent, savory, and sublime. The batch of gelato we tried was just made a few days ago, and I can literally TASTE the freshness. While absolute rich and creamy, it wasn’t overly sweet, which made it enjoyable. If you’re in the Hill Country area, I’d say climb Enchanted Rock and stop by here to reward yourself.

From our Peach stopover to checking out a new place.. What an unexpected find!! 🤩At the entrance, we were greeted by a mobile wood fire pizza oven.. The cheese on the pizza is from OroBianco. Pizza is delish! Love love the char on the pizza.Unassuming front.. modern ambience. Clean.Wines, cheese, cured meats, lunches, coffee, ice cream made from scratch.. Get this!!! From water Buffalo milk.. vanilla, coffee, pistachio.Team members are well acquainted with their product. Very friendly. The back patio is big with the cheerful yellow chairs. Apart from finding our corner in the back patio to enjoy the rich and creamy ice cream and get some sun…we met three adorable calves.. WATER BUFFALO CALVES!! At the time of our visit they were10 months old. Check our pics!!Orzo… muffuletta.. pasta.. pizza! OzoBianco .. gotta love this brilliant eatery. 👌🏽👌🏽❤️❤️Here’s to your incredible future in Fredericksburg/Stonewall.

A nice little stop on the Texas wine highway! Their gelato is fantastic. And they have coffee in case you need an afternoon pick-me-up. Plus, they have water buffalo out back! So cool!

Just left his place with my sister and brother-in-law, and I have to say this is one of my new favorites!! Such a cute little date spot or fun place to go to get some gelato and some artisan items (including the best cheese I’ve ever eaten) that you can’t find anywhere else. I had a Pig + Peach panini and then I finished off a large Sicilian dream gelato, which was basically orange and dark chocolate with pistachio pieces, and it has left me wanting more!! Can’t wait to come back again to try more things! The people working there were knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. So glad I got to visit this place and can’t wait to come back!
