We provide a variety of wine tasting experiences, including both classic and seasonal options. We also offer an educational tasting and tour experience. For individuals who prefer savoring our wines by the bottle or glass instead of participating in a tasting, we offer the option to reserve a Picnic Table nestled in the cool shade of our beautiful oak groves. Feel free to bring your own snacks and make it a picnic!

Lewis wines was better than we even hoped it would be. Gorgeous grounds, private, quiet, and felt like home! We appreciated such quality wine at a reasonable price. They have fantastic owners that you could tell put so much of their heart into the business and their customers. What a cozy new renovation of their patio now transformed into a cool, climate controlled space. We felt welcomed immediately before even stepping into the space. Cannot wait to come back!

Incredibly delicious wine at reasonable prices. The team in the tasting room is always kind and knowledgeable. Plus once you learn about the sustainable farming practices Doug Lewis uses, you can’t help but want to give them your business.

Our group of four (plus our chihuahua/pug mix) really enjoyed the tasting experience out on the deck. The grounds are pleasant, and these folks are committed to making 100% Texas wines in a natural style - which is what we were seeking. The tasting ambassador did a really nice job explaining the various wines and approach. Well done.

My mom and I visited Lewis Wines during our girls trip. We were blown away by the customer service, property and the wines they had to offer. All the wines we tasted were exceptional and made from Texas grown grapes. Morgan was highly knowledgeable, warm and professional. You can tell that she loves what she does and loves people. Best wine tasting experience ever! We will be back!

We stopped by for a wine tasting, which was very reasonably priced at $10. We didn't have a reservation but there weren't too busy on a Saturday afternoon and were fortunately able to accommodate us. The young lady there was really nice. She explained some of the history and details about each wine that she poured for us. Their outdoor area is nice and chill. We definitely enjoyed our time there!

The vibes here were so chill, I really loved being able to sit on the couch outside and enjoy some quality wines. They even gave us an extra taste of a port-like wine that has a beautiful amber color. Definitely would go back if I'm in the area!

We are staying in Austin and decided to come out to Hill Country to try some of the wineries. We really liked the fact that Lewis opens at 10:30, as most of the others open at 12, and we got into the area around 11. The lady working was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I did the tasting, which featured 4 wines. The Round Mountain Reserve was my favorite. We had a half loaf of sourdough to go with our wine, and I definitely recommend doing the same. If you come to Hill Country, do yourself a favor and stop in here.

This continues to be our favorite Hill Country winery (and we’ve visited quite a few!). Recently we brought some family with us for an absolutely fabulous tasting with Barbara, the Tasting Room Manager. Delicious, genuine Texas wine, an absolutely lovely atmosphere, and truly laid back vibe. Attached picture is one of our pups, Darcy, enjoying table top views 🤣

Beautiful setting and relaxing place. George was a great host of the “educational experience and wine tasting” ... samples numerous wines ... great selection of roses and reds ... and a few whites. The sourdough loaf and olive oil was a great addition to the tasting. Super relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend. Great wine and experience. Thank you!

I’ve been a member for 3 years now because the wines here are a wonderful expression of what 100% Texas wine should be. Doug and Duncan are putting everything they have into these bottles and it should be commended (don’t take my word tho, read about them in Texas Monthly). Enjoy a Tempranillo on the relaxed deck and thank the star of Texas that you’ve found this gem of a winery.
