Excellent choices for breakfast with superb customer service. The inside atmosphere is fun and unique. This place has always been a family favorite when we visit Puerto Penasco.

Although it is a more recent addition to the Fredericksburg coffee shop scene, this has become one of my favorite shops (which is saying a lot). The coffee and other drinks have been delicious, and food satisfying. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the spaces well put together. It has a variety of spaces and nooks; some for relaxation and others for working.
So it's been a great place for getting stuff done or have a little date out.
Keep in mind, some areas are reserved just for adults. But other areas and nooks are open for the whole family.

I do wish it would stay open longer... But that's probably gonna require some time and growth of patronage/staff.

Overall, I'm a fan!

P.S. It has some gluten-free and vegan snacks if you need that ;)

This is such a cozy little coffee shop! I had the maple magic latte, which was perfect, and the other seasonal drinks look really good too. They also have the BEST sausage kolaches I have ever had in my life. We came back the next day to grab some extras to take home.

They also have a few different seating areas set up with comfy couches, larger tables, and smaller cafe tables. If you need to get some work done while in Fredericksburg, they have a few really purposefully set up areas for you to work and enjoy the drinks, food, and vibes.

We’re definitely coming back next time we’re in Fredericksburg!

I recently discovered Kaffee Haus after my previous coffee shop closed and I definitely wasn't disappointed.
Located on Main and Adams, next door to Martini's Seafood Restaurant in a beautiful historic limestone building. The limestone walls, old wood floors, and vaulted ceilings make for a cozy warm feeling.
The offer a wide selection of coffee drinks as well as a selection of juices, waters, sodas, pastries, fruit cups, sandwiches, and meats/cheeses.
I love that they have two separate areas that my co-workers can meet and have a quick morning staff meeting.

Update Sept 2025

Another visit to Kaffee Haus this trip. Good coffee, but milk could have been hotter, result warm coffee, not hot. We were on the run, so no time to ask for a quick zap in the microwave. Tried a slice of the banana bread … delicious. Still a great space! Good place to stop for a coffee and breakfast snack!

Awesome coffee shop just off Main Street downtown. Really cool space, lots of wooden structure inside, likely from the original building. Several different seating areas, including a little library where you can sit and read next to bookshelves! Nice little outside patio in the back as well. Coffee was very good, and we shared a small spinach and cheese pastry. Recommend Kaffee Haus, it’s worth a stop!

Great little coffee shop. Stopped by on our way out of town and enjoyed some drinks and baked goods. It wasn't busy when we were there, we visited close to closing time and it was a weekday. The staff were still very attentive. Our drinks were good. The pastries were good except for the bread slice which was extremely dry on the outside but stodgey on the inside. It probably just wasn't baked well that day since others have commented that it's usually good. The other pastries were good. They offer some other items as well and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Will visit again next time we're visiting.

Kaffe Haus is a nice coffee spot where you can get a delicious latte and buy a good pastry. I also like their interior; it is nice and great to drink a cup of coffee there.

Had such a great time there the staff was great and very informative place was so nice and clean and I had to take a cute tote bag to remember. Will for sure be going back when I am in the area.

Fast service with good hot and cold drink options. Drinks can be customized with some syrups.

Have good baked goods too. Their potato egg and cheese kolache and apple turnover were delicious.

So delicious 🤤 I got the pumpkin cream cold brew and a macadamia cookie; it was amazing! They make their pumpkin cream in house and it was amazing. The cookie was gooey and chocolate-y. I love the warm fall vibes.

Stopped in while in town. The friendly staff was able to recommend several iced coffee flavors. Ultimately decided on the snickerdoodle with coconut milk ...yum!

Super friendly service and great coffee! Lots of milk choices and good prices too. They had lots of local things you could purchase as well. Would happily come back for my morning pick me up!
