My husband and I went to Jacks Chop House for date night. The food was amazing! Everyone was so nice from the hostess to our wonderful server, Amanda! We already cant wait to come back.

Excellent experience at Jack’s chophouse. I can’t believe it took us this long to check it out. We had fantastic service from Megan. I was so invested in the meal I didn’t even take any pictures, but definitely recommend. We will be back!

I recently dined at Jacks Chophouse, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with cozy seating and tasteful decor that set the perfect mood for a relaxed meal. Our waitress, Megan, truly made the experience exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of throughout the meal. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel right at home. The food was delicious—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you’re lucky enough to have Megan as your server, you're in for a treat!

The perfect place to stop in for a nice dinner - Jack’s Chophouse on Main Street. As soon as we walked in the front door, the experience couldn’t have been better. Great hostess with a lot of personality! Our waitress, Ally, was very personable and took the time to really get to know us. We also learned about her as well. She did an outstanding job! Our steak was to die for. ❤️ We will be back! Very cozy atmosphere as well.

I can’t express how frustrating it is to experience terrible customer service from the host at a restaurant. They have a very important job. First impression of the entire dining experience. Please train your first contact employees to provide a memorable interaction. Thank you

We were looking for a great meal our last night in Fredericksburg. I had high hopes for Jack’s. The reviews were solid. While the atmosphere and service were good the steaks were well below average. The ribeyes had very little flavor and large chunks of garlic in the mashed potatoes. At one point my wife and I both looked for salt and pepper. For a $247 dinner for 2 with only one drink I expected a lot more, specifically with the steaks. If you read the non 5 star reviews most mention the flavor of the steaks. There are better options in the area.

Went there for the first time today. The ambiance was great. Keyla the host was able to squeeze us in last minute and overall it was a 10/10 experience.

Nice old time steakhouse atmosphere. Waitress was attentive. Not impressed by cocktail drinks, but the 12 oz Bone in Filet was Superb! Ended our dinner with our favorite Carajillo Espresso and that was impressively okay. We will be returning to enjoy steak again.

Had dinner at Jacks and it was perfect from beginning to end. Liz took care of our table and was flawless. I’ve never ordered a porter house steak, but we did and shared it between two people. The drinks were great and the steak sauces made from scratch are worth going for. We will definitely be back to try other dishes they offer. Get the table side tiramisu!

My husband and I went here for one of our honeymoon dinners and it was SO good. We got the 40oz Porter house steak, pumpkin martinis, wine, bernaise and parmesan french fries and it was to die for!!! We ended up coming back just two nights later to order the exact same stuff! A wonderful experience here and we will 100% be back. 10/10 recommend!!!! Theresa was a great server!!! 🤍

Fantastic service put on by the best restaurant staff in town! You can't miss the opportunity to dine at Fredericksburg's only chop house and best restaurant! We enjoyed the meatballs, wedge, porterhouse and a myriad of sides, which were all nothing less than phenomenal!Our server, Teresa was so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu as well as a perfect bottle of wine to pair with the steak! Such class! My wife and I had the greatest date night!

First time at Jack’s for our anniversary and it was wonderful! The atmosphere here is charming (Sinatra playing in the background) and we had some of the best steaks anywhere (and we are from Houston and NY). Megan was a great server and Liz and Tiff were super too! Order the amaretto sour! Sooo good! We will be back for sure!

Fantastic! Great ambience and perfect music. (Frank Sinatra) Artwork (photos) are inspired by the "rat pack" era. We're local, and love this place, as it takes us back in time to the good ol days! It has an old supper club feel and our waiter Josh was awesome and his recommendations were on point. Drinks were yummy and the T-bone steak was cooked perfectly. The owner, Greg Ball has done it again! Highly recommend this place.
