This place has wonderful wine and great service. The property is very pretty as well! We have come here two days in a row. We tried something new and had a bad experience at Grape Creek Vineyard, so we came right back to Hilmy Vineyard! Love this place! Highly suggest the their Politics and Religion Red Wine!

We opened a bottle from Hilmy Cellars today, that we had for a while stashed away in our wine collection. We opened a bottle of JuJu. It was delicious. Served it to friends with pasta at lunch. Everyone liked it. Smooth, bold and dry wine. Next time we visit we will definitely get a couple of bottles! My only regret is that we didn't open it sooner. Cheers!

Hilmy Cellars is a must-visit for any wine lover! The tasting experience was incredibly fun and the wines were delicious. From the moment you walk in, the intoxicating aroma of fermenting grapes fills the air – it's like pure magic! I'd love for them to bottle that scent as a perfume or cologne lol!Hilmy Cellars truly captures the essence of Texas winemaking. No artificial flavors here, just authentic, high-quality vino. I can't recommend this place enough!

As a former Californian with relatively extensive wine tasting adventures, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection. I especially liked their bone-dry Rose, the Sangiovese, Juju (Cab Sauvignon and Cab Franc), and Cab Franc (earthy and notes of green pepper). Mason, our tasting server, was terrific. If you are in the area, add it to the list!

We visited the tasting room several months ago while on a winery tour. The server was so helpful and knowledgeable. Shared so much with us that we still talk about him when tasting wine. We took several excellent bottles home with us. But that is not the end of the experience. Last week I went to their website and ordered more wine. It arrived so quickly despite the ice and snow this week. Their communication throughout the process and shipping was outstanding. Hilmy cellars genuinely cares about their product, service, and most importantly their customer’s experience. We will be back again and again

Stunning winery, amazing views off of the back porch. Their wine is delicious also. We had a wonderful tasting coordinator who helped us find what we would love of theirs. Bought 3 bottles. It was a great time. Love the front door going into this place too.

I had been a member here a long time ago when they were in the one small building. After coming back this year I'm so impressed with the new building and also all the wine. The wine is even better than before and I feel like they have a bit more variety. They also usually have live music on the patio which I love!

Made my first visit last week, great winery to stop by. Excellent wines, helpful staff, they're dog friendly and with the shade and breeze on the covered deck it was comfortable even with the heat we've had lately

Great tasting with Travis - our favorite was Religion & Politics. Sparkling white was surprisingly good for us non-sparkling fans. Came home with a set of glasses because we loved that logo 😄

Hilmy is definitely a favorite on the wine tour stops. They have an excellent variety of tasteful wines. We love their velvety red wines; their Cabernet Franc is the best! Never had a bad experience in all the times we’ve been there with any of their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have live music on their outdoor patio and sheep that roam the vineyard which is cool. We like the casual vibe so it’s a great place to meet up with our friends in Austin on the weekend. They also will have a food truck on the property and you can get some killer lobster mac-n-cheese which goes great with their light unoaked Chardonnay. I would definitely recommend Hilmy!
