What makes it fun
Have a slice of your favorite pie with our own Fredericksburg Texas Coffee in our dining room or out front on the beautiful pie porch. Every day starts with more than 20 kinds of pie! All pies are made by hand. Some of our cream pies are Coconut Cream or Meringue, Chocolate Cream or Meringue, Pineapple Coconut, Banana Cream, German Chocolate, Peanut Butter Cup, Lemon Meringue, Key Lime, Cherry Covered Chocolate, Buttermilk, and Pumpkin. We also have traditional pecan pie, chocolate pecan pie, and pecan pie made with bourbon and oranges. Apple, Apple Crum, Apple Cranberry, Peach, Blueberry, Cherry, and Blackberry are some of the fruit pies we have. We are owned and run by a family! Our goal is to make pies that are as good or better than the ones our mothers and grandmothers made.
