What makes it fun
Dietz Fischer came up with the idea and dream for Dietz Distillery. Growing up in the family business, Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods, like his father before him, he got the itch to make something new and sell it. Dietz and his sister Elle started the Dietz Distillery brand with its first product, Five Judges Gin, a juniper-forward, dry London-style gin with hints of Rio Grande Valley citrus. At Dietz Distillery, you will be able to see for yourself how the product is made, packed, and sold. You can also try peach and pear brandy, an orange cocktail, seasonal eau de vies, and raspberry vodka, in addition to Five Judges Gin. All are, of course, made with ripe, fresh, homegrown, or local food. Stop by for a tasting on your next trip.
