Coordinates Vineyards is a high-quality winery established by brothers Austin and Mahlon Kerr, who have extensively traveled to various regions in their quest for exceptional wines. Our goal is to provide visitors with the ultimate wine tasting experience! Situated in a delightful historical building that once served as a blacksmith shop on Main Street, the tasting room emits a distinctive and welcoming ambiance. We have a variety of tasting options available for you to choose from when you arrive at our tasting room. Our Mixed Tasting features a delightful selection of two white wines and two red wines. Our Reserve Reds Tasting features a selection of 4 exquisite red wines from our Reserve level.

Hands down the best wine tasting experience I have had! Austin was incredibly knowledgeable. Each wine was great with a few standouts that were excellent. South African wines in Hill Country Texas, who knew!? Amazing visit.

Delicious south African wines, this place is quite and very comfy! We loved it! I forgot the gentlemen's name, but he was great! Very personable and his knowledge about the wine was spot on! 100% recommend! Can't wait to go back!

Go see Jordan and Adam! So knowledgeable and attentive! The Pintage and Shiraz are VERY good! The atmosphere is also sophisticated, comfortable, and cozy. Beautiful building.

Incredible wine and the owner was so kind. I loved learning about his wine journey and I feel inspired to visit South Africa soon. This is a top place to visit in Fredericksburg!

What a great experience! After stopping at another winery the day before, we tried Coordinates based on its reviews. We are so glad we did. Adam guided us through the wine tasting, patiently explaining the wines to us (full disclosure - we are not that knowledgeable when it comes to wines). The samples were very generous and it was very interesting to notice the differences from glass to glass. The space is lovely, with a nice outdoor area and a cool indoor area - perfect after walking around in the heat. Will definitely return.

One of my favorite finds in Texas. Was a recommendation to visit this place. Unfortunately the vineyard was closed on the day we visited but their downtown store is opened everyday. Had an amazing selection of South African wines, which being from Africa was cool to see. The store is situated in a previous blacksmith with touches of its history still in place. The wine was great! And the atmosphere intimate so was great for close conversation in our group.

We went to several wineries in Fredericksburg and Coordinates was by far my favorite. Not only was the wine fantastic but the customer service was exceptional. Austin explained and went into depth about the wine making process and all that is involved with making it. Honestly, I learned more from him than any other winery we went to. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back!

We went through 2 other high rated winery/store front wineries before landing at this delightful experience which was the only one we really would've wanted. I wish we would've started at Coordinates first!We started off trying just the first random selection and then continued onto the red reserves. Austin was very descriptive about each of the wines but also allowed us to attempt to explain what we tasted. After being at the other wineries, I had picked up a slight preference for dry red wines and noticing the layers of flavor. We went on about this and picked his brain some. He delved into the temperature/humidity in which the grapes are grown and how it affects the flavor... How the fermentation process works and how the alcohol is created from the sugar breaking down with the yeast, creating the dry feel and alcohol content.. Barrels used for aging, fresh new barrels vs once used barrels, even how they are charred. This made me relate it to how whiskey is aged in similar fashion. We talked about every intricate layer that goes into making wine of this caliber and I'm much more educated because of it.11/10 stars from us!

Love this place! Always a favorite stop when we come to visit. Very friendly staff and the wine is outstanding. Bonus, they are open late.

We stopped here for drinks and they have a nice selection of wines. Great history with the place. The building was maybe where the blacksmith was located. Our wine was excellent. I would recommend stopping by and having a drink. The bar area has comfortable seating and a clean bathrooms. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We had a great time here with Zach and Austin! They’re super friendly dudes who keep the atmosphere light and fun. This is the first wine club we have ever joined; it’s the best wine in Fredericksburg. Their location is a beautifully redone Blacksmith Shop. Keep it up, gents!
