Casa Chloe is absolutely worth the visit if you’re dining near downtown Fredericksburg. Parking requires patience since there’s no private lot. I highly recommend having a reservations as this is a hot spot.
From the moment you arrive, the staff sets the tone with genuine warmth and professionalism. The cocktail menu alone is reason to go back: the key lime pie martini and cucumber margarita were exceptionally fresh, well-balanced, and memorable. For starters, the chips and salsa were far from ordinary - thick, crunchy chips paired with four distinct salsas, each packed with flavor. The entrees, the red beef and chicken mole enchiladas were rich, comforting, and deeply flavorful, while the rib eye tacos stood out for its tenderness and bold seasoning.
A special mention goes to our server, JoJo, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything flowed seamlessly throughout the meal. Casa Chloe is a lively, flavorful dining spot that delivers excellent food, standout drinks, and exceptional service.
