In the middle of Texas' Hill Country, you may take part in one of the state's most memorable wine experiences. We are excited to introduce you to not just our wines but also our vineyards and winery. We make it our mission to give each of our guests an experience that would make even the most discerning members of the nobility feel as though they were right at home. We have tastings available to satisfy the needs of wine enthusiasts of all stripes. Cost is $25 per person for tastings.

My husband and I came up to the hill country for small getaway before we spend the holiday with family. This is something we do every year. When we come, we typically visit local wineries on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, (11/24/25) we decided to go on a drive and we came across Barons Creek. First, the property is absolutely beautiful and friendly atmosphere. The young lady at the front was very nice and courteous. She escorted us to the vineyard and seated us so we could be served. On her way out, told the 3-4 servers behind the bar that she had just seated some customers. My husband and I love wine and were prepared to have a nice evening out tasting some different wines and most likely purchase a few bottles. We sat and looked at the menus so we could make our choices and be ready for our server. We sat at our table for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come while the servers stood up front laughing and talking. None of them never came to our table. About 5 minutes later, the same young lady that escorted us to our table brought in another couple and she let the staff know. After about 5 more minutes, one of the female servers went directly over to that table and serviced the couple that came in after us. Then she and another server went and refilled drinks for other tables. Not one time did anyone come over to acknowledge us or serve us. We sat there for about 20 minutes waiting watching others get served. Finally, we got up and left. When we got to the main building, I thanked the young lady who escorted us to our table and for her kindness and I let her know why we were leaving. Needless to say, we will not be coming back any time soon. The vineyard is very nice and it has a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service just wasn’t for us that day.

Fantastic experience staying at the villas and enjoying Baron's Creek and Fredericksburg. Shout outs to Matt and Sandy for being great tasting hosts and Sarah for her nice gestures towards our stay. BC has done a great job on not only their wines but the destination as well. The villas are very nice and roomy. Good quality linens and nice touches here and there. The hot tub was a very welcome amenity and the water quality was good. Fire pit was set up and ready to go in the evening. Can't wait to return. Keep up the good work!!!!

We had an incredible experience at Barons Creek Vineyards & Winery today! It’s not only beautiful, but the wines are some of the best I’ve had. What made the experience even more unforgettable was the service. John Bigelow greeted us and completed our tasting. His knowledge of the wines and Winery was impressive to say the least. It was a great experience! Then we had the privilege of meeting the winemaker, Chris West! This was an unexpected honor. Chris showed us around the Tank and Barrel Room and allowed us to have a taste of a new wine!

Kate was AMAZING!! Not only is she an amazing server but she told us where to go to get AMAZING pasta, to end the night! She was was so great! Please ask for her when you come to baron creek you will not be disappointed!!

My husband and I went here for a tasting and loved it! Our server Jenna? was so nice and attentive. She made our experience very enjoyable. It was busy, but she was on top of her game. The wine is excellent. So much so that we joined their wine club. We couldn't resist but go back the following day to buy more wine and try their pizza before heading home. It's a great find!
