We loved the RV resort and can't wait to come back for that. Loved the little walk to go to the restaurant from the rv and the weather was amazing! Now the failure was at the restaurant. We are simple and decided to just make reservations to eat there for dinner both nights and then brunch on Sunday morning. First, night we were sat at a tiny table on the patio. It took over 30 minutes just to get a server to take our drink order, then another 30 minutes to get him to stop complaining about his job with the bar tender and bring us the drinks. Which both of the drinks were not what we ordered but we just wanted to deal with it. When our food came out there wasn't even room to have our plates and drinks on the table so our drinks were on the ground. Night two, we decided to sit at the bar so there would be someone there the entire time for better service. We got drinks quickly and ordered quickly so that was great. The manager spent the entire time making his friends drinks and trying to tell people about his homemade liquor he sells. I thought it was weird that not once did anyone ever talk about any of the alcohol that is in house, only promoted his personal business batches. Sunday brunch, again horrible service and offered one last chance to purchase some homemade liquor because the manager was there to sell some in the parking lot.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Arch Ray Resort brunch, thanks to our incredible server, Junior!From the moment we sat down, Junior’s warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a memorable meal. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledge about the menu, and made spot-on recommendations that elevated our brunch to the next level!Junior’s energy and professionalism made us feel completely taken care of. Whether is was keeping our drinks topped off or ensuring our food arrived perfectly times, everything was seamless.This kind of service is rare! We can’t wait to come back!

We arrived early for the eclipse party and we're graciously greeted by Brian and the staff. We were so impressed by the grounds and hospitality. Every employee was friendly and they took great care of us. The food and drinks were awesome and the entertainment was too. We highly recommend the Arvh Ray winery. When in Fredericksburg it's a must see.

This place is awful there are planing to start dumping thousand of gallons of waste water into the buetefull pedarnalas River right next to all of there stuff and all of that waster water is going to kill all of the fish and not allow people to have fun in the river anymore DONT GO THERE

Never bee here. Never will! They seek a permit to pollute the Pedernales River with their wastewater. Worst conceivable outcome for the river basin communities.

As an ex employee of the kitchen staff I can testify first hand the food is held to the highest quality standard in Fredericksburg and the chef himself monitors the freezer and cooler personally. The entire staff from entrance to the back of house are all phenomenal people. You will enjoy each and every visit

We showed up on a weekday. Erin & Dustin were more than accommodating. Dustin brought my husband & I behind the scenes and gave us an up close and personal tour. Finished up at the bar with Jocelyn helping me with a phenomenal Arch Ray wine as well as an Old Fashion with their bourbon a flight of beer. We will DEFINITELY be back!!! Amazing Hospitality and just Downright Amazing People!

Wow!, What a beautiful place. The food was absolutely incredible. We came with a group of 16 people. The whole experience was wonderful. The wines were fantastic the beers were amazing but the food was exceptional. Make the trip up as it will be worth your time!!
