What makes it fun

Our Estate includes 3 main components that form the foundation of the Adega Vinho operation: the Tasting Room, Winery Building, and Vineyard. The Adega Vinho Tasting Room is the heart of our guest's experience. We aimed to establish a unique atmosphere that combines elements of mid century modern, industrial, and post-modern design and serves as a showcase for local artists. Our Family Vineyard is the foundation of our Estate operation, enabling us to consistently craft exceptional Estate wines each year. Our 14.5 acres of vines feature a carefully selected assortment of 10 grape varieties. Our winery building serves as the hub for all our wine production processes. Our wine is carefully crafted in-house, from fermentation to aging, ensuring the highest quality.

Nice setting, nice well versed server. Pizza truck outside for food. More expensive wines were good. As it seems with most TX small wineries, prices are high. It is the experience that's fun. 25 bucks for a tasting. Think I will stick with beer.

Great winery in the Stonewall area and a short distance off the US 290. The tasting room and patio areas are very comfortable and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. My only issue is the signage getting there could be better. Enjoy this beautiful Winery.

Great experience. Will be back. The only recommendation is to have a QR code to order from the food truck. Assign table numbers and they can bring the food to us so it doesn’t interrupt the great wine experience.

Adega Vinho is another wonderful Texas Hill Country winery! I did not have a reservation, but decided to stop there after a great recommendation. They gladly seated me and I then enjoyed some amazing wines. Jeremy was my server and his service was excellent. He is also very knowledgeable about the Texas wine industry and I enjoyed visiting with him.I really enjoyed the Branca Estate Reserve, a blend of estate grown Arinto and Alvarinho grapes. A truly delightful white wine and refreshingly different. The 2020 Cuvee Carmesin, their flagship wine, was another surprise with a 50/50 blend of Touriga Nacional and Merlot. One of the highlights of the visit was getting a couple of "bonus" pours from a few of their library wines - something I always appreciate!In closing, I highly recommend a visit to Adega Vinho. A most friendly group of people who know what they are doing. Oh yes, be sure to get a wood fired pizza from the food truck on site - worth the time!

The wine is top notch and the people are very kind and a shear pleasure to be with. We always go here when we come to Texas Wine Country!A year later and it is still wonderful! You can even get a wine glass covers made from the mesquite wood that grows on the property!

Very nice and welcoming. Staff were very friendly, service was excellent, facilities were clean as was the tasting room.We look forward to going back in the fall when temperatures are cooler and we can enjoy the beautiful outdoors they have.

Surprisingly really good wine. And I say this as a wine professional myself. Clean, balanced, gorgeous, if a bit dear. But, hey, one’s got to pay off the land and labour somehow !

This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and not only are they pet friendly, you can actually bring your pets inside the tasting room! The ONLY downfall for us, was they are also kid friendly, and a family with young kids came and let their very loud kids run around outside while we were enjoying our wine. Just personal preference, and may be a plus for others! And the top reason why they deserve 5+ plus stars... Every wine we tasted was absolutely wonderful!!

What a great vineyard! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Expansive outdoor space and beautiful indoor seating.They are pet friendly and would love for you to bring more kitties! ;-)Wine was flawless. They offer flights, full pours and bottles. Food truck on premise with wood fired pizza.Absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

My goodness been coming to wineries for years on 290 outside of Fredericksburg, Texas. Went to this new winery Adega Vinho off 290 East US Hwy and I cannot believe the wines we tasted and the service we received from Rafeael was beyond special and personal! The wine was best I have tasted in a very long time! I highly highly recommend Adega Vinho it was beyond AMAZING!
